What I like about Dorchester County is that it is a small place with many family and friends. It is an "everybody knows everybody" type of county, which to me is comfortable. Dorchester County however, does need to establish better public schools because most of them are poor compared to other schools in other counties.

Dorchester County is a great community full of opportunities! Public education should be #1 in the Lowcountry. A network of jobs is flowing in and all around is a great area.
Dorchester County has some of the best schools in the state. They work hard to fix the roads, support local businesses and law enforcement. Recently they are working to increase the pay for teachers in this area.
