Desoto County is an amazing place to live. Especially since Olive Branch was chosen as one of the top five places to live! They offer the best public school district in the state of Mississippi. With Lewisburg being number in the state for quite some time. This area is family friendly, and very interactive!

I have lived here ever since I was a child and graduated from high school back in 2016. The schools are very good and well educated though can have its ups and downs. You basically have to find a job or go to college as soon as you graduate in order to live in your own IF you can. Fresh newcomers that are coming out of college or going to the work force have a hard time trying to afford a place to stay because its so expensive to live on your own.
I love the DeSoto County area. It has a lot of job opportunities, great parks and schools as well as friendly people.
