The people in Denton were very friendly and there was not one single time that we ever had poor customer service at any of the places we stopped in. Our hotel accommodations were great and priced just right for our budget. We would have payed nearly double the price of our room if we stayed in a Dallas hotel. There were so many neat things for us to do and many attractions to see as a family in Denton. The Sky Theater Planetarium was very impressive and entertaining. We spent two days exploring the parks and ranches, and had a great time exploring horse country. My daughter still talks about the mustangs we saw! Each day we woke up we were faced with dozens of things to do, and we ended up only going into Dallas once. The shopping experience in Denton is one I will never forget. The stores were so charming and very unique. Each Denton held our attention all on it's own!

Denton County is your traditional medium size city that is very diverse. It contains residents that come from all walks of life, and has many members on both sides of the political spectrum. The square in city contains everything from Candy shops, to music shops,. it even has its own theater were many colleges, such as UNT, will perform. Overall the city is a very vibrant place with a lot of things to do. One negative about Denton County tho, is the constant construction on the roads.
