Currently living in dauphin county it seems very safe. Although, the amount of hidden racism I have experienced in high school. Mainly coming from adults here , is so disgusting.

Not going to complain, with the amount of violence in the past years, our community has taken stand against the violence and ensuring that your youth is staying focus and staying in school. The schools are ok, could be better, but as a community we need to stand together and stand strong. People are friendly, nice, the cost of living isn't expensive. The jobs could have a better pay scale, but not going to complain. Nightlife here is in Harrisburg is from 8pm to 2am. Patrol by our local policing and not gonna complain. Beautiful overall.
There’s so much to do and nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Traffic is very light and everyone is friendly. When something happens in the community, people are always there to help out.
