Dade county is a small town in the tri-state area of Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. While seemingly ordinary, there is so much more to this town, such as good food, Cloudland Canyon State Park, the Wilderness Outdoor Movie Theater, Lookout Mountain Flight Park, and the American Legion Military Museum.

Dade County is a tiny community that has its pros and cons. There is a great small town feel where everybody feels welcome. People love to gather at Friday night football games to catch up. Dade is a great place to raise a family because of the low crime rates and superb school system. The scenery here is great, especially during the fall months, since Cloudland Canyon is in our backyard. However, entertainment in Dade is pretty much nonexistent. Many go to Chattanooga to go shopping or see a movie, which is 30 minutes away. This can become time consuming quickly. There are little job opportunities also, forcing people to commute long distances.
I’d like to see a lot of things change in Dade County Ga but the most important thing is that everyone is treated the same . Just because you were born and raised here , know higher up people or have a lot of money shouldn’t make you any less important!
