very safe area to live and raise kids.I-35E busy commune time depnds on the hour of the day.
Extremely high property taxes!! Not good for seniors and retirees and large family with average income.

I hope the county make some major changes on property taxes less it will not experience growth in the county as businesses and potential settlers will prefer somewhere else.
