Chesterfield is a very unique system. I will tell a short story of my experience in one of their schools. Last year, my YouTube channel was monetized! I was now making money off of the videos and streams I have on my channel. Everything was going great. I remember one morning watching the pre-recorded school morning announcements on my Chromebook while being stuck at home because of virtual learning, and one thing that stuck out to me was that the school was asking for fundraising ideas from students. Since I had a platform that received funds already, why not use it to set up a fundraiser that would take place on my channel to help fund the school? The fundraiser would have been a live stream on YouTube, which would have consisted of me playing video games live on-stream with viewers.

My favorite part is our reservoir. Nature is preserved even with development of schools, businesses and new homes. Parks are readily available and I enjoy the selection of shopping centers. Lastly, it is easily to travel to other areas in the Richmond area due to well designed roads and highway systems. My commute to work is relatively simple without any consistent traffic on my way to work. There are great community resources for my family and children to enjoy. My only issues with the county is perhaps the availability of public transport systems that I believe would assist in reducing our carbon footprint. There are few opportunities and the locations of pick up and drop off for these services are limited. Currently, there is major road construction near my neighborhood due to the intended construction of a new middle school down the street and I can't wait until October when access will reopen and decrease my drive time to stores and my gym.
I moved to Chesterfield when I was beginning Elementary School. It was a great place to grow up with a good school system. All the schools I've attended had amazing teachers and were well maintained. There is new neighborhoods and large expansion to the area, as more people move in and then area continues economic growth. There is tons of outdoor activities with the reservoir and local parks. There is restaurants galore and cute shopping centers dispersed through the county.
