I love where i live since i was raised in Brownsville, TX. There's activities to do close by and events where the community gathers around and enjoys each others company. I would live here again if I could start over because this city has made me who I am, and who I will become. I would only go to other countries to explore and go site seeing, but would want to come back where i call home, Brownsville, TX.
There is huge variety of restaurants, bars and night clubs. There isn't always much to do but the food options here are amazing. Whether you are in the mood for hamburgers or steaks to Chinese food or Mexican you can find plenty of restaurants around to please your needs. I also like that there are plenty of fast food places as well as high end restaurants that are very affordable.

I myself do not drink or attend nightlife activities but I from what I've heard there are plenty of clubs are great drinks. All very well kept and fun but also safe.
