Everyone you run into is very friendly and helpful. The town is very nice, it gives you a suburban rual feel no matter where you go. I'll be leaving this town in a couple months for college, but I definitely plan to return back after I graduate.

The houses are average size and most of them are filled. Its just when we are starting a new semester we have people not going to school anymore so they leave and the houses become vacant for that semester until a new family or someone moves in. The inside of the houses though are pretty good. I didn't think they had much space, but I got to go into one and most of them have a least two or three rooms and of course bathroom, livingroom, and kitchen. They're all spaced out well. I think the housing area is pretty nice, but the solo dorms are kinda bad I would think they could do better at updating it with new materials and funiture, and the cost for housing goes up to 2,305 dollars.
Ever since the oil boom our crime rates have shot up. The large amounts of people moving into town brought drugs and violence with them. Overall, I believe it's still a very safe town.
