My experience with Bristol, Rhode Island has been a great one overall. I first fell in love with Bristol when I visited Roger Williams University for the first time. I am now a 4th year architecture major and it is more of a second home. I just signed my lease for the fall semester when I will be attending graduate school for my masters in architecture. The reason I love Bristol so much is because it is the best of both worlds. It is a college town that offers a great deal of extracurriculars for the students. There is plenty of activities for students to do at night. The bar scene can be extremely fun. However, it is also a great place to raise a family and enjoy your summers. The beautiful water views and coastline is what brought me to Roger Williams. However, the friendly people in town is what made my experience with Bristol that much better.
Bristol County is welcoming and a safe county to settle down in. Very few incidents regarding the citizens' safety occur in this small residential area. Although it's a pretty decent area, I'd love to see more job openings for everyone to partake in.
