I enjoy the small town feel of Bossier City. There is a thriving educational atmosphere with two major universities here, Centenary and Southern, the libraries are top notch, commensurate with much larger city libraries that I have visited. There is a huge nightlife with several casino boats and major acts touring year-round. The big city attractions with the small town feel gives you the best of both worlds. The neighborhoods are safe and the jobs are available.

Bossier Parish is a close-knit community that just makes you feel at ease. It is the perfect place to raise children because of the low crime rates, excellent schools, and secure suburbs. Everyone knows everyone here, and it is overall just a great place to live.
Theres alot of local stores nearby, as well as food, entertainment, and schools. Good area with on point police. I'm from the city so the area is like a suburb. Overall good area.
