Restaurants of all kinds and schools with fierce competition can be found in plenty in Bergen County. Overall, the county is quite hospitable and safe for everyone. Family-friendly neighborhood, convenient access to all modes of transportation, regular neighborhood activities, and community wellness services.
Bergen County is the hotspot for diverse restaurants and highly competitive education. It is overall a very safe and welcoming county for all.
Family friendly community, close to all forms of transportation, frequent community events and resources that aid in overall community wellness.
I've lived here all my life and it's been nice. It has a relaxing tone with friendly neighborhoods. While it doesn't have big attractions everyone is connected and together in one way or the other.
I enjoyed living my life in Bergen County. It is a nice ride away from NY, has a friendly community, and is a very welcoming county.
Bergen County is a great place to work and live. I lived here for over 3 years and I
live nearby. The traffic is never too long, its close to the highway and there are
a lot of healthy choices for food. There are a few local schools with big play
grounds for students. There are parks, lots of trees and nature around. The
neighborhoods are dog/ pet friendly. I am not too familiar with nightlife but I
have seen a good amount of bars around. There is a large real estate market has
a variety of large homes and apartments are all close to the highway and or are
about 5 - 10 minutes away from transportation. Transportation consists of
buses, trains and we are also about 20 - 30 minutes from New York city. There
are no tolls until you actually get to NYC, the ride there is pretty smooth. There
roads are paved pretty nicely. All you need is some good music and you're on
your way. There is also quite a bit of diversity, you can also find a few good local clubs to join.

This county is a good place to live to commute when wanting to work/study/visit new york city as it has easy access to the city.
Bergen County is a great area, with very exceptional school and friendly/safe neighborhoods. The only thing I'd change about the location is add more entertainment in the area for the youth, besides that the area is amazing.
I feel at home in Bergen county. Majority of my friends live here and we love hanging out on the weekends and biking around our neighborhood. They also have malls which are very fun to go to and chill with your friends or watch a movie. I would love to see some more fairs because I think that’s a great family activity or maybe some volunteer programs that are from the community are not just ours schools.
Bergen county is a great place to live, however, making it more affordable would allow me to stay here.
I love living in bergen county. Very accessible too many things. Only downfall is the cost of living is extremely expensive.
I've lived in the town my whole life and the only problem is sometimes people can be a little stuck up, but I guess that what you get living in a middle to upper class area.
Terrible place to live. Highest police corruption in the US. Most dangerous court system, child services steal hundreds of children a year for sale to the lowest quality immigrants they can find for money and they are cruel and go after parents to discredit and make ill. Worst apartheid and hyper-segregated and violent schools in the US, see Rutgers and UCLA reports Bergen County has active more hate and reverse hate groups thank any other county in the US.
It has a lot of great places to go visit and enjoy. It is easy to commute to the city, good mass transit, and lots of places to eat and go out for a night on the town.
I enjoy living in Bergen County. It is a safe area with very good food and public school systems. It is near NYC though, so lots of rush hour traffic and everyone always running around at fast pace. Sense of community is nice.
Clean environment, wealthy franchises, organized structure and positive crowd of residents. Needs more power to enforce the safety of the public at night time.
Bergen County is very diverse and friendly. The close proximity to New York City is definitely a plus. Cleanliness and safety from what I know is very good and maintained.
