Benton County Reviews

Overall Benton County is a dry hot windy place with a super safe family friendly environment that has great schools and a small town vibe. Even though this town can be very conservative and religious there is nice rivers and churches to visit. Many jobs are provided here because of the Hanford site is near out town. If you want to have your kids grow up in a safe well educated area then this is the place for you!

I have lived in Benton my entire life and it has been a very good experience. It is a small town but it needs improvement. It has been said that the locals are preventing the town from getting any bigger because they are scared for their local businesses. I disagree. I believe that instead of turning down every opportunity of growth for this small town they need to welcome the change. The lack of people that visit our town is what is causing the businesses not to grow and prosper. The more people then the more business. They are scared of the competition that will come with the change but a little competition is what this town needs.
I like that it's very friendly and quiet. The only thing that I wish could change is some more places to go and enjoy during vacation
