This homey yet ever growing town has been my home for 18 years of my life. The exact center between the large cities of Atlanta and Charlotte makes this the hub for many people riding through. The activities the town offers are few. Like most small towns, a bowling center and skating rink are were most night life takes place. This being because only a 20 minute drive to Clemson, a college town which offers a lot of night activity. And only a 30 minute drive to Greenville, a mid size city. This town is growing very quickly, and I think the schools here are some of the best. TL Hanna bring the top 5A school in athletics and academics. I love this town, and watching it grows gives me hope others will love it as well.

Anderson county was a great place for me to grow up. There are many different churches, schools, and people that you can come across. The only thing I would change about the county would be the night life. Anderson is starting to become more dangerous and there is also not much to do. There is a movie theater and many restaurants, but other than that there is not much.
It is a very small town, but not too small. You don't have to drive for twenty minutes to get food. There is a decent amount of chain restaurants and stores. Small businesses and unique stores seem to barely survive. The downtown has a lot of potential. It is a very charming downtown but it is a little run down. Some places need to be torn down because they have been abandoned so long.
