I have lived in Gainesville, Fl for about 5 years now! I've really enjoyed my time here, it is not too busy because I love the country life.
Nice community with plenty of things to do. There are place to live for everyone, whether your looking for a college scene or a more family friendly environment. There is also plenty to do, with unique resteraunts and nearby walks, as well as interesting museums.
