Very rough, but there are some very nice individuals in the area. It is an area stricken with poverty and many do not care about their community or themselves. It isn't all doom and gloom, as there are great opportunities for education and enrichment. I assume this is typical of most areas, so I give Burton an average score.

Living in Burton is cool and all, especially where I live because I am very close to businesses that I actually go to. However, my experience with the school district was pretty bad, so I had to go to the school district in a neighboring city to get the quality education that I deserved.
Burton is a very quiet town, with tons of opportunity via travel to major cities and other towns. Not much in the way of community activities but it's close vicinity to the town of Davison still gives communal opportunities.
