Burton is a small, friendly, quiet town which is very safe. If you don't enjoy the countryside then this isn't the town for you! The best time to come here is February and early March if you're a pancake lover. Each Sunday is a pancake breakfast served with syrup made right in Burton. It has nice scenery and is a great town to walk in but not much to do besides the library and a restaurant here and there.
Burton is an awesome small town with a tight-knit community. Crime rates are low, the schools are excellent, and the variety of community events is awesome!
Burton is a great town to raise a family in. It has a lot of history and is a very beautiful area. The Great Geauga County fair, Ohio's oldest fair takes place here. There are a lot of parks nearby too. It has the small town community feel and lots of school spirit for Berkshire Local Schools. Burton is about a forty minute drive to Cleveland and nearby many shopping areas, however Burton itself is very country and rural.
