If you are looking for a small suburban town to invite your friends out for lunch, this is the place to go! It is modern, clean, and well-kept. You must go to Burlingame Avenue, where you will find a long street full of restaurants and outdoor patio seating. Enjoy!
Review Burlingame
I FEEL THAT I AM BEING RUN OUT OF MY OWN CITY BY THE UPPER CLASS. THE AREA IS NICE AND SAFE WHICH IS OF GREAT CONFORT FOR MY FAMILY. THE AREA IS A PIT STOP FOR SOME BUT IT IS DEFINITELY BECOMING MORE OF A HOT SPOT NOW. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME RENT CONTROL IN THE AREA, AS WELL AS BETTER COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE NOT HOMEOWNERS YET.
Burlingame itself is in a very good location. Because it is mostly flat, it is much easier to walk from place to place. Most of the driveways in the area are flat as well. The town has two train stations and one BART station within walking distance of the main street.

Rent in this area is incredibly expensive, near San Francisco levels.
