Burlingame is home! I moved here with my mom and dad when I was 2 1/2. My two little sisters were born here, this is home! Everywhere you go - you will see a friendly smile and friends who you grew up either in school or from the local softball team. Burlingame is clean, the people are kind and the weather is usually beautiful! Of course, I am so excited for August when I go away to school, but I will truly miss my town. I already cannot wait to come back to visit, because I know that I will be welcomed home with so many hugs and smiles!

Not the Burlingame of years ago. I spent lots of time in Burlingame when Burlingame Ave was all mom & pop shops, neighbors really knew each other & things were AFFORDABLE. Sadly, Burlingame Ave. had many chains these days because most mom & pop shops can't afford the shop space & this makes business turnover very high. Parking is a chore but on weekends Caltrain doesn't run often enough to be convenient. I lived here for 7 years and it's an ok place. If you have kids the schools are good but if you have to commute on 101 you'll spend way too much time in your car.
Burlingame Ave makes my nights full of joy. I work at Sixtos and am eager to pay for college.

Phils coffee is my favorite location to work. I study and mingle with my friends after school. I went to middle school in Burlingame and have seen it transform over a decade. It is my favorite city.

The library is also one of my favorite places. Adults, kids, people from all ages working is amazing. The architecture and spaciousness is surreal.

Burlingame's climate is perfect as well. You can never go wrong walking on Burlingame Avenue, even late at night. New places are opening and the street is becoming even livelier.
