We love Bulverde and have lived here for 11+ years! Great community and schools! Bulverde is growing and building several new shopping areas that include eating establishments and more family oriented stores.
    Review Bulverde
Bulverde is the town I grew up in. It has a population of less than 5000 as a small town centered around the high school. The neighborhoods range from those with widely spaced houses with room for ranch animals to those that are much closer spatially and socially. The rolling hills are what residents love most about the area's landscape. This area was a great place to grow up and I would recommend living here to any family wanting to raise their children in a semi-secluded part of Texas.
I love bulverde, the people, the utilities, and parks are all friendly and enjoyable.
The area is safe, and plenty of jobs in the area. My wife and I are raising four kids in the area and we could not be happier.
