Everyone has driveways and yards. Most have garages/sheds. Great housing to raise a family in. Also, it's nice to see variety of well-maintained homes. The homes definitely add a pleasant appeal, not "cookie cutter" type homes.
If you are willing to commute a little, it's perfect. Most people this area commute daily. This is a small town/rural area, so there isn't a huge job market here. However, it's very close to major highways and easy to commute to growing job market areas, such as Cranberry, Pittsburgh, etc.
Unfortunately there is not much to do in the surrounding area. I would like it a lot more if there were more things to do, like, free movies in a park or more community days, etc.
