Peaceful, beautiful nature. The schools are great which unfortunately causes the taxes to be extremely high! I love the country feel but sad not to have sidewalks anywhere and the traffic due to one lane country road.

What I love about Brush Prairie is its small town, close-knit community feel. In general, it is a very safe place to live with lots of greenery to explore and good schools. However, Brush Prairie lacks the diversity and nightlife to be of interest to those who value lots of entertainment and the luxury of having lots of new, varied people to see, as most of the stores and restaurants close by or before 9:00.
Brush Prairie is a small town that is close to the city. You get the best of both worlds! The only change that I would suggest is to put in more sidewalks and bike lanes.
