The crime rates are extremely low, there are plenty of new developments built over the last 10 years for new residents and our city is still building. There are plenty of senior homes. Our community is very involved, we have plenty of high school and adult volunteers that love helping other people. Our schools are constantly evolving, we now have so many possibilities for high school kids to get a diverse education. Classes like forensic psychology are offered online, we have a university center for students to take free college credit classes to get themselves ahead before moving to college. There are plenty of restaurants and small businesses where people can get jobs. The people who live here respect the city, I rarely see trash on the streets. This town is a great place for people of all ages to live in.

There are many living options, plenty of apartment complexes, quiet neighborhoods, and nice new developments in which to live. This town has been around for a long time, so many of the neighborhoods have older homes, but they are relatively well-kept and decent places to live. There aren't any neighborhoods to stay away from. Houses and other living are affordable.
There are some who move here because it is relatively quiet and keep to themselves, but more and more every day there are families with younger children moving in and getting involved with the community. There are plenty of churches and church families that contribute and give back to this community to keep the town safe and the hungry fed.
