Brownfield has really grown these past couple of years. It has a variety of places to eat and a couple of parks that are great for family time. Wal-Mart the biggest shopping center brownfield had was shut down a couple of months ago which makes shopping a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I give it 3 stars just because it is a friendly place to live where everyone knows everyone.
Review Brownfield
Current resident. Nice retirement community that is becoming more up to date. Adding new businesses that I think will help with the job market because availability for employment is low.
Brownfield is a small town, not so much to do here. There isn't that many shopping places and the ones we do have our expensive so I really don't shop here. The grocery store is great, That's were I have been working for almost 3 years already. There are small stores but not the type of stores for teens to go. You can't get everything here. If you need certain things you would have to drive to lubbock which is 30 minutes away.
