Broomall is a family town. There is feeling of comfort and security growing up in a neighborhood where you can play ball in the streets or Pokémon Go, and you know everyone is watching out for cars coming by. It’s the same thing with your neighbors who all watch out for each other. We walk their dogs or shovel their driveway in the snow just because it’s the right thing to do. Growing up in my neighborhood has taught me the importance of looking out for those in need and treating others like family. The houses are close together so you get to know your community. Parades, block parties, yard sales, and lemonade stands are landmarks you’ll see in the Spring and Summer months. There are so many folks who enjoy walking in our neighborhood, and there always seems to
be a little extra time for a hello and glass of lemonade. Growing up in Broomall feels like a gift. Come visit sometime!

Broomall is an idyllic place to raise a family. For such a small town, there is miles more green space than any of the surrounding communities. You're conveniently located right by the highway providing you easy and fast access to the highway and downtown Philadelphia but, you are also far enough away that you can have a large house with a sizable yard. There is no crime to speak of in Broomall, likely due in part to it formerly being a dry town. Only in the last few years did Broomall issue liquor licenses to a few establishments. Very much a small town - about a third of the size of Havertown and only 3 square miles.
Broomall is a nice town. Everyone is really nice, places are close together which makes commute time less, and the schools are great!
