Broadview Heights is a great community to live in. The schools are highly rated, the homes are well kept and the residents are friendly. Highways are near and we are situated half way between Cleveland and Akron, along with being within walking distance to the Cleveland Metroparks Emerald Necklace and close proximity to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It's the best of both worlds, with Lake Erie at one end, the national park at the other end and plenty of great shopping, dining and recreation in between. Bike paths are another great addition to living here.

Broadview Heights is a nice little suburb south of Cleveland, often intertwined with its sister city Brecksville. The public school system is excellent, and one of the best in Ohio. I have found it to be good for couples who have found steady employment and want to begin a family, or move here to provide better opportunities for their children. There is very little by the way of nightlife, as the suburb is spread out and also has a sizable senior citizen population. One thing to remember if you wish to live here is that the cost of living is much higher than in surrounding areas, and the population tends to be on the conservative side.
Its a very safe neighborhood but its quite bland. In addition, some very conservative viewpoints, surprising considering how well educated many people here are. It is predominantly white - minorities may feel a bit uncomfortable here at times.
