If there is any crime or safety issues it is very few and far between. Most problems that we have are associated with drugs in the smaller communities and even still there are no safety issues. The only problem with this is that drugs are obviously illegal, so this makes or crime technically increase.
I love living at the beach and close to the water. Also I love the warm weather, so I would not want to live anywhere besides here. I was born and raised in NC and it is the best place to live. I will return here after college and plan on raising my family here when I have one.
Everyone always seems to come together when needed.
