In Beaver, there is very little crime and violence. Living here is also known as living in the "Beaver Bubble" because of how safe and sheltered it is from the outside world. There ate very few instances of crime to speak of, and policing seems thorough regardless of this. There is always an officer present at my high school.
Wonderful place to live. Small neighborhood with a close beautiful downtown filled with restaurants and parks. Just a 25 minute drive to the airport and 45 minutes into downtown Pittsburgh.
Beaver PA is a great place to raise children. Downtown Beaver reminds me of "Mayberry" from the Andy Griffith Show. It is about 30 miles from Pittsburgh PA, where you can catch a ball game, visit a science center or enjoy museums.
