Great place to live tension and stress free. Very reasonable real estate costs providing good value for families. Safety is paramount with outstanding policing by a thoughtful and reasonable police force. The Beaver Area School District provides a tremendous educational experience leading eventually to successful adults. An area of improvement is the need for more shopping and restaurants for convenience of its residents.
Review Brighton Township
In Beaver, there is very little crime and violence. Living here is also known as living in the "Beaver Bubble" because of how safe and sheltered it is from the outside world. There ate very few instances of crime to speak of, and policing seems thorough regardless of this. There is always an officer present at my high school.
Wonderful place to live. Small neighborhood with a close beautiful downtown filled with restaurants and parks. Just a 25 minute drive to the airport and 45 minutes into downtown Pittsburgh.
