The only problems we have are a few bad snow storms but other than that the weather is pretty mild and we have good, distinct seasons.
This is a rural area and there are very few stores available. We have some mom-and-pop shops but not many and to get anything one has to drive about half an hour.
Everything is great except the roads. We have awful road care and there are major potholes all over the roads.
