There's not a lot to do in Brewster unless you hunt and fish, and even then, you need to apply for permits and drive 20 minutes out of the way. The public parks are poor quality, there are no skateparks or theaters within walking distance, and the hiking trails, although abundant, really lack depth. The community exists but it's hard to find out anything considering there's no concrete source of information to be found. The schools are good and there are some good places to eat. I've never felt unsafe.

Illegal/undocumented residents are running rampant in brewster and the tax paying citizens are paying the price.

Ex. New school buses are proposed at a cost of 700,000 dollars, 1 house in the village or Brewster could have 15 undocumented children riding the school buses..

Brewster is a nice town with good people. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and athletic fields to occupy oneself with. Unfortunately, the downtown area has started to look run-down in recent years.
