Its a nice little small town outside of Atlanta. There are plenty of parks that are family friendly, especially for kids. The 2 downsides to this area are the Traffic and not much nightlife other than your typical restaurant/bar scene. Outside of those 2 negatives, its a good area!
I have grown up in Braselton for the majority of my life, what I have liked about living in this area is being able to grow up with the town. 15 years ago when we moved to the area there were barely any traffic lights in the city and now they're everywhere giving the feeling as if Braselton has grown as I've grown. Not only the growth from the city itself but how the city helps people grow, many small businesses are started in this city because of the community you enter once you open your small business and how everyone supports each other through the growth of your business. The opportunities in Braselton are endless.
I have lived in Braselton, GA around 14 years. Braselton is a small town, kinda resembling a movie sometimes. There are a few different sides of Braselton, one being the new side of town, where there are fast food and a few new restaurants to pick from, as well as 5 huge buildings which are all a part of the NE GA Hospital system. About a mile north of that is an old town, where there are locally-owned restaurants and cafes, as well as a few antique shops and a beautiful library. I love the small-town aspect of Braselton, and how every person you meet is undeniably kind, but sometimes it gets hard finding stuff to do in a small town. This often makes me feel trapped, and like there is nothing new to ever do.
