I've been living in Brandon since i was old enough to remember and i don't have much complaints. The area is very family friendly and extremely diverse. It's a safe and quiet environment which is perfect for raising kids or living in retirement. Brandon has a diverse selection of restaurants, fast food places, ice cream places, and has great entertainment such as malls and parks. I Would recommend anyone to move here especially since its safe! I Love it here.

I have been living in Brandon, Fl for that past 23 years with my family. We love this town, because every place you need to go is always close by, even at a walking distance. There are various restaurants, cafes, diners, and fast food chains on literally every corner you turn to. Plus there a fun spots to go to in Brandon and in Tampa which is very close by. Brandon is a culturally diverse town and has grown in population for over some time now. I would recommend anyone who would like to move and a change of scenario from the big city or country life to try out the suburbs of Brandon. I think it is worth it! Also, Brandon is a great suburban town to raise children for those who have families.
I lived in Brandon my entire life and over the years I genuinely enjoyed living here. It is small but you have everything nearby, such as a mall, supermarkets, restaurants, and several large parks that you can easily go to no matter the means of transportation. Speaking of transportation, the bus system around the town is pretty good with reasonable fare.
The town has gone through major changes and is constantly improving itself-expanding and renovating for the past 20 years.
However, I would have to say the schools have a lot to improve on. While elementary school are great, middle and high schools have major room for improvement. But to the district's credit, it seems like the school my family had gone to has greatly improved since then.
