Braintree Reviews
Rating 3.73 out of 5 110 reviews
Braintree is a hidden gem for people looking for a house to buy. It's one of the few towns that has a T stop(but also has a commuter rail stop). It's school system is better than Melrose(Yet the housing price is nowhere close to Melrose). And it's close to many shopping centers, wholesale clubs, and restaurants. Perfect to raise a family and easy to get to Boston, cambridge, and seaport for work(orange line and green line won't get to all 3). Not to even mention low property taxes and utility bills(electric and water). Very much underrated town.
Braintree is a pretty friendly and lively town. There are many things going on around Braintree and there are also many things to do in Braintree. Things to do in Braintree include, watching movies at AMC Braintree, going to the mall, have fun at Dave & Busters, and many delicious restaurants.
I love living in a small town where everyone knows each other. You always have someone to rely on and people are more than happy to help each other out!
