I am from Bowman and I still stay in Bowman. I been in for 30 years, and it is a great place to live. I have three children that attend school in Bowman, and I love there academic status. They aim high to make sure their children excel in every grade level. I love Bowman but the downfall only is there isn’t enough activity for the kids to do after school. I would love to see more activities to keep the children out of trouble and also to interact with other kids besides at school. I believe this small town can afforded to have a free afternoon program to help children academically and physically outside of school hours. It also can help working parents or parents who are in school also that can’t afford daycare to have something for their children to do or be part of.

Bowman is a very small town that has little to do. There's nothing for the youth to do, so most of them hang out in fast food restaurants, like McDonald's or Subway. There are no youth programs for the teens, expect for Upward Bound, so most of them go out of state to go to different programs to help them improve themselves. Or the teens will be forced to get a summer job or, if they can't do either, will get in trouble. Bowman is not for the youth or for people who want to do things, like get out and party, Bowman is for seniors who want to settle down in one spot. Or for people who want other people to know about your business. Not only does the youth not have anything but they also have bad school systems, no nightlife at all, no diversity, and the only job opportunities other than fast food jobs. There's not even a real mall here.
Bowman is a very small town. Many people haven't heard of it, but it's nice. I lived here my whole life. People who knows about Bowman may talk down of Bowman, but they are the main ones who enjoy our small town.
