Bowling Green is definitely a city on the rise, with as many improvements as there has been the past several months, I'd say it would size up to Louisville KY! With the near appearances of stores as well as food joints, Bowling Green has became a hotspot for mingling as well as meeting new people. Not to mention the increase in job opportunities, this makes for an even better place to live. However, timing is everything in this city. Traffic can cause a bit of an issue in the early morning hours, lunch time, as well as evening hours due to the flow of people to and from their work or school settings. The weekends are lively as well as bright, I never fail to see dozens of ew and diverse faces every time I go out. It is also homey but definitely bustling!

Bowling Green, KY is a great little city to live in! Its not to big or to small and has more than enough to keep you entertained. There is a wide variety of cultures to experience in a small area, as well as the diversity that having the WKU campus offers us. Its centrally located to Nashville,TN and Louisville, KY for quick weekend shopping trips or random food runs!
It's a great small town city with much diversity. Plenty of restaurants with great variety. We have a International Center that hosts many refugees. 18% of Bowling Green's population are immigrants. This adds to much cultural diversity within a small community in the South. We have Western Kentucky University here and it is a great college with many majors. Nashville is about 1 hour away, so you can stay in many hotels and travel to Nashville for a night on the town. Crime rate is relatively low, so a generally safe town. It is an affordable place to live!
