I love Bountiful because although it is small, it is close to the bigger city Salt Lake and it has all the shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes. I has beautiful views. It is very mountainous with lots of hiking trails, biking trails, and parks. The only thing I would complain about Bountiful is the fact that it is so close it almost feels like a bubble. I grew up in Bountiful and at times I felt like it was too close of a community. Not that this is always a bad things, but I felt like everyone kinda knew everything about everyone. Overall, I love Bountiful and would live there my whole life if I could!
Bountiful City is large. I have lived in Bountiful my entire life and I love it here. I love the community, the great schools I attended, and the with the public transportation developing, it's easy to get anywhere! Bountiful has beautiful mountain views, wonderful public parks, and all the entertainment needed for any lifestyle. Being so close to Salt Lake City, it is the perfect city to live in and commute to work. Winter can be hard with the amount of snowfall, but Spring and Summer are very pleasant. Fall is my favorite season in Bountiful because of the cool temperatures, beautiful Fall leaves, and closeness to National Parks that are filled with fun trails and sights. Bountiful is great!
Bountiful is a pretty great place to live. We are 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, home of the Utah Jazz and the 2002 Winter Olympics. We are diverse in our socioeconomics and have a strong sense of community. This is seen through the variety of community events that are held; Annual Coats for Kids Car Show, Top of Utah race through, elite farmers market, Handcarts days, the precursor to Utah's Pioneer day celebrations.
