The area is very family friendly, but is getting very crowded. Commute time is increasing and traffic is terrible. The school district (NSD) is a very good public school district. Northcreek High School is the newest high school to be added to the Northshore School district and is very modern and is a very nice school. The high schools in the Northshore School District include Bothell high school, north creek high school, inglemoor high school, and woodinville high school. I have gone to school in the Northshore school district elementary through high school and I am now attending Cascadia Community College in Bothell.
A safe neighborhood for kids and adults to live! There are many shopping centers and places to eat. You will never get bored living here. The Northshore school district has schools that are just right for students, and they get there education they deserve.
