Booneville is a quiet small college town, for the most part. I would like to see growth in the town as a whole. I would like to see crime and drug rates drop. We need more entertainment and employment opportunities to keep young and old people alike out of trouble. Give us something to look forward to, something to do!

Booneville is a small town in the Northeaster corner of the state. It is a very short distance to both Alabama & Tennessee . It is a certified retirement community and is home to NEMCC with an extension of The University of MS on campus. It is also known for the Rails & Trails museum
Even though it's a quiet little town, it seems like there's always something going on to do. Everyone knows everyone.
