As a resident of over 20 years I can tell you it is a growing little city on the edge of a peach tree filled countryside. If you like riding a bicycle or motorcycle you will enjoy the scenic rolling hills. There are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine spurred from a growing diverse population. There are lots of churches and their outreach shows. It is a great place to raise a family! Thinking about moving there? I can help, Cheryl Ivey ~ Agent, Coldwell Banker Caine, Spartanburg SC

The Boiling Springs community is a very quiet, tranquil place to live. It has many opportunities for teenagers to acquire jobs, thus giving them a head start in the working world. Problems with this town include road safety. Car wrecks are pretty common, especially amongst teenagers. Particularly the problem stems from the many people that practice distracted driving almost religiously. Besides that, it’s a relatively safe place for families. Those who tend to not enjoy the loud and busy city life would fit in well in Boiling Springs.
Boiling Springs is an amazing town! The people here are friendly, diverse and huge sports fans! The community is growing at a rapid pace and i love it! With businesses continuing to thrive it has positively impacted overall property value. It was important for me to raise my children in a community where I know they will be safe. We chose to live in Boiling Springs because of the low crime rate. The school system is one of the best that Spartanburg, South Carolina has to offer! The kids here thrive because they are being taught, in my opinion, by some of the best teachers in South Carolina! Boiling Springs is the place to be!
