Working in Blytheville
Blytheville is a very small town where everybody knows everyone, it's friendly but also a dangers place to live depending on where you live and who you associate yourself with. Jobs are hard to come by and pay is still minimum wage but over all half the town is my family and i love it. The hospital can't treat gun wounds and are very very rude and the police force only targets African Americans and never have solve murders as well as we have a law that states any employer can fire you without reason. If I had the chance to do my life all over I would not live in Blytheville, AR and only come to visit my family.
This is my hometown where I’ve watched many people die and hear about bad things all the time. I’d like for the people to actually work together and be more connected and involved in saving the youth growing up here!
Blytheville is the top dangerous city in Arkansas. I lived around racial ideals, and when I could not get help in my education, I was able to go to KIPP. At KIPP, I pursued a higher education and hope to live a better life for my family and I.
