Although Blanchester is a small, rural town, I highly enjoy living here. I go to college in a big city so it is refreshing to come home to the simplicity of a small town. While there isn't an overabundance of stores and restaurants in the town, there is enough to provide people with what they need. The Kroger located in the town is great. Additionally, the people in the area are very down to earth, kind people who are always willing to help their neighbors out.

Come experience the beautiful rural area of Blanchester. I moved here about 4 years ago from the suburbs after marrying my spouse. He works in the city with a long commute and finds life is peaceful in Blanchester. Less traffic and noise. We get to see wildlife and more such as deer, wild turkey, coyote, snakes, turtles, frogs, foxes, cows, horses, llamas, goats, and more. Our pond is stocked with fish if one likes fishing. The people are friendly here and there are lots of antique shops, and Cowan Lake&Caesar's Creek are close by.
Blanchester is a quaint little town, where everyone knows everybody. A great school system where the teachers truly care about their students and the graduating class averages 150 students and majority attended school at Blanchester k-12 grade. The town needs growth, but has been a forever home to so many families. There are 3 red lights and a million carry outs , we do have a Kroger and a Save A Lot and about 4 pizza places. I would love to continue my future with my family in Blanchester but the only downfall is the commute time to larger areas for growth in my profession.
