Review Black Canyon City
The housing in this area is very diverse. In the area called Kings Ranch, the houses are nicer, closer together, and look more similar. Where I live, the houses are all different in many aspects and are spread far apart. In my area, the houses are also nicer. In other parts of Black Canyon City, there are mobile homes and trailer parks. Many of the lots are large, but many of them are also not very well kept. Because it centered in the desert, there is a lot of wild life roaming around, and there is a variety of plants and trees, including a variety of different cacti. There are not many abandoned properties. The cost of housing and utilities is average. The best places to reside are where I live as well as Kings Ranch.
The business in Black Canyon City is very limited. There are few stores and no chains except for the family dollar store. The local grocery store is a place called Ron's Market, and the restaurants include 4 Bees Cafe, Beni's Pizza, Chihuahuas Chill Grill, and Rock Springs Cafe, along with a few bars. There is a small strip of stores, some of which are BCC Dentistry, the Local Wellness Center, Annie's Thrift Shop, etc.
The places to eat include but are not limited to 4 Bee's Cafe, Beni's Pizza Chihuahuas Chill Grill, Javelina Crossing, and Rock Springs Cafe. I also know that there is a BBQ place here that was on BBQ Rescue, but I cannot recall the name. The food in the restaurants that I've eaten at is not very good, and quite pricey.
