Close to major cities with it's own historic country vibe-it's the best of both worlds! If the top-notch restaurants and night-life at the casino aren't your thing, check out the great art galleries and historic colleges!
I have lived in Bethlehem for 25 years. My parents grew up here and so did their parents. Bethlehem is filled with history, from the steel factory, to the star of Bethlehem, to the oldest bookstore in the US which resides on Main downtown. There are many new upcoming attractions like the casino, event center and so much more. It truly a beautiful place to live during any season of the year.
Bethlehem is small town with a city like feel. I moved there about five years ago and I was able to adjust pretty quickly to the town. I love how diverse the community is and how family friendly it is. The only down side is public transportation. When I fist moved didn't have a car so had to rely on busses. Busses are not always available and usually have to wait hours when they are. Other than that, its a great town.
