We vary between wet and dry years. We have droughts, which can bring on a lot of wildfires with them. During wet years we have a lot of tornadoes and thunderstorms. Blizzards occur almost every winter. Earthquakes are somewhat common, but rarely cause damage. During the summer you wear shorts and t-shirts, and in winter you need boots and thick jackets. These disasters are so common that eventually they just become part of life. Tornadoes are entertainment for most of us. Weather doesn't impact us much, only because we are used to it. Redneck livin'!
What did I like about Bethel Acres, well there ain't much to tell. It's mostly a country town with only a few convenience stores, but what I liked about it was my neighbors and my family. What would I like to see change, just basically some of the people there who are racist and disrespectful.
It all depends on money. If you've got the money, then there are plenty of very nice houses and neighborhoods. If you don't, there are plenty of trailer houses and small run down neighborhoods. There is not a whole lot of vacancies around, but they exist. Costs are affordable. Nothing too outrageous. There really is no best and worse places. In some parts of town one side of a road can have big pretty houses, and on the other side there are small run down houses (some look like meth labs). It is very random.
