Bernalillo is a quiet, safe, down-to-earth, town. I've been living here for eleven years! The townspeople are friendly. I've sat down a number of times for a face-to-face with our mayor to discuss making our town greener. I've had wonderful relationships with my neighbors over the years and developed community just by going to The Range Cafe, which feels like my neighborhood restaurant.
I like Bernalillo because the town is growing. We have a variety of entities that are coming to our town. I am very excited, to say that their building a "Misters Carwash" here. I really like the membership its awesome. For me its a simple pleasure to wash my car everyday. If your ever in Tucson there's a "Misters" too.
I do not like Bernalillo on the week days and especially the weekends, the people who life in Rio Rancho come through and the traffic is very heavy. Right now, there's construction near the bridge, so its packed.
Other than that, there's a variety of choices that are near. Its slowly growing into a larger city/town.

Bernalillo is a small town, full of big personalities. We have a few annual events, one of which is the Las Fiestas de San Lorenzo. This event spans a few days during the first week in August, and consists of dancing and live entertainment down the main street in town. I was (nearly) born and raised here, and I am very thankful for the diversity of the area.
