Berkley, MI is a growing city in the Metro Detroit area of which I am proud to live in! Downtown Berkley is becoming a hot spot for those looking to support small businesses, with restaurants, storefronts, and much more! The location is perfect to settle down and start a family or even begin a career, as it surrounds many opportunities. Though I would like to see a grocery store pop up in this city, I believe that Berkley is a bang for your buck!

For most of my youth, I have been a resident of Berkley. Having grown up here, I can confirm that this was a great place to have been raised. Because of its smaller size, it allows for more residents to interconnect and bond. This, to me, is one of the city's greatest strengths.

The jobs available in this city are mostly composed of small businesses, as well as a small handful of chain restaurants. That being said, most career-orientated occupations are located just outside of Berkley. Thankfully, they're all a quick drive.

Overall, Berkley is a wonderful city. I would for sure encourage any one person or family that this is a great place to be a resident of.
Very nice people! Great neighbors. There are lots of nice little shops nearby and plenty of nice restaurants. The school district is decent and offers many advanced classes.
