Berea Reviews

Berea is one the quietest cities you can find in the United States of America. My four years have taught me a lot about Bereans: their lifestyles differ from other cities by their sense of humor and love for the mountains. Activities such as hiking, riding a bike, or church going are more common in this area. However, there is no better experience and moment than being located at a place where birds' crying is the only noise that can disturb your hearing. Love Berea!
Review Berea
My two favorite local business are Broadway Bodyworks and Berea Coffee & Tea.

Browadway Bodyworks in a small, inviting yoga and dance studio. The teachers are wonderful and encouraging. I have enjoyed every single class I have taken there. They are very community orientated, and therefore have Saturday Morning Community classes where students pay what they want/can. The students and teachers seem to be very non-judgemental and understand what yoga is really about.

Berea Coffee & Tea (BC&T) is a local coffee shop that has a very inviting atmosphere. I know that many college and community folks gather here for business or social needs. It is average prices for a coffee shop. DELICIOUS food and drinks and always great music playing! It is the place to go if you are in need of a quick cup of coffee, or have time to sit and enjoy the space and free wifi.
I was a college students in Berea. I enjoyed getting to meet people both on and off the campus. If you are a young adult, there is definitely plenty to do in Berea! If you are older, you may find it more worth your while to look to Richmond and Lexington for entertainment. Either way, it is a fun environment, especially if you have the time to invest. You can enjoy yourself in Berea with relatively low financial expenditure - you just have to look around and talk to others about what is going on! The college always has some performance or speaker in town, it seems, so ask around!
