The quality of housing is pretty good. There are not usually a lot of vacant or abandoned houses. If there are they usually get bought pretty quickly.
It is very family friendly I feel. I love the area. Most people have pets so it is pet friendly. It is also a good place for families. People do not really leave. And if they do they seem to always come back
The crime used to not be as bad in this area but I feel that it has gotten worse just as it has everywhere else in the world. I am not concerned about my safety though. It is a pretty safe area
