This is an amazing neighborhood. Ive lived here for the past 10 years and loved it. This is a nice suburban neighborhood with very friendly people. This neighborhood has many families, and some retired families living here. Many job opportunities through out the neighborhood in dog walking, babysitting, yard work, and etc. The safety in here is good many cameras and a normal police stroll.
This neighborhood is extremy friendly, beautiful and safe, 20 min from DC, but feels like way into the suburbs. We feel like we lucked out.
If you’re talking about actual Belle Haven, there is nowhere better. Perfect place to raise kids. Walkable to Alexandria, but quaint attributes of a 1950s, come back when its time for dinner, suburb. Only downside to this pleasantville: they haven’t figured out that women can be moms and work.
Please don’t lump in other 22307 suburbs.
