Bellaire is a decently connected area with some excellent schools near Houston. In Bellaire, there are amazing schools like Condit Elem. and Challenge Early College HS.

As with all places, the roads could use some work, but overall, Bellaire is a great place to live, work, and educate! It's nearness to Houston makes is easy to work in the city, while still living in a relatively calm suburban area.

Ever since I moved to Bellaire about 7 years ago, it has been a safe neighborhood with good neighbors. Though I do not go to my zoned school, I know that the residents of Bellaire who do go to Bellaire High School have a great, well rounded education and excel in music, academics, and sports. Furthermore, when walking around Bellaire, you can see families and couples walking around. It is a very happy neighborhood. Also, it is very safe, and I have not witnessed or heard of any crimes. The houses are a great investment and Evelyn's Park has exciting nightlife for families. Here bands play at the cafe there. The cafe is into healthy living. Also, there are plenty of stores such as Whole Foods that focus on healthy living. Bellaire is very close to many prime locations in Houston too. There is increasing diversity in Bellaire aswell.
Bellaire is such a great place to live. Everyone is super friendly and it is a very family-oriented neighborhood. The houses are really nice, and range from small and affordable to large and more on the expensive side. Each house is unique and do not all look the same as if they would in the suburbs. There are many good schools in the neighborhood such as Horn Elementary, Pin Oak middle school, Bellaire High school, Episcopal, etc. There are also tons of parks and places to walk your dogs if you have any. Bellaire is a very safe neighborhood with a great police department. I have lived in bellaire for 14 years and have always felt like I've lived in a safe neighborhood. If you're trying to find a place in Houston to live, definitely consider Bellaire!
