Bella Vista is such a beautiful little town! Although it has a history as a community of mostly older people, many families and younger people have moved in as well in recent years! There are many amenities here, including golf courses, fishing spots, parks, and a recreation center! It's also not-unreasonably far from lively towns like Bentonville and Rogers while still maintaining its homey, village feeling. Although the cost of living here is a little bit higher due to POA dues and associated fees, I think that the elevated cost really pays off in the end by snagging you a spot in such a nice little community!

We moved to Bella Vista a year ago and my husband and I love it! It is quiet, clean, and the scenery is breathtaking. Primarily a retirement town, there are plenty of activities for the elderly and young alike. We love the opportunities available and that we aren't too far away from younger night life a half an hour away in Fayetteville. Perfect hometown for a younger family.
Very quiet town considered to be mostly a retirement town. It has become more diverse in the past 10 years. Right next to Bentonville Arkansas home of Walmart. A lot of corporate employees live in this community. The community is split into three group. White collar above average income, blue collar mid income and blue collar low income. Past ten years Bellavista has become much more diverse, which is an excellent thing. I myself being mixed race felt a bit out of place twenty years ago but now it is the norm. Has a major highway running through the town so early morning and evening commute can be a bit of a pain. Compared to growing up near Washington DC, it is really not that bad. Bellavista does not have a night life at all. There are several communities within a 30 mile radius that makes up for that. It is a very safe community. Crime is rarely heard of hear. Occasionally you will see on the news about something shocking. Peaceful at night and safe during the day.
